Welcome to Rakuppi. By accessing our mainhub or using any of our applications (including PetLogs), you agree to be bound by these simple and cozy terms of service.

1. Use of Our Apps

Rakuppi provides local-first, serverless tracking tools. You are free to use our applications for personal, non-commercial tracking. No sign-up, email registration, or central account creation is required on Rakuppi servers.

2. Local Data & Backup Responsibility

Because we do not store your data on our own servers:

• No Data Recovery: Your data is stored solely inside your browser's IndexedDB. If you clear your browser cache, change devices, or uninstall browser data without backing it up, we cannot restore or recover your data.
• Sync Services: You are responsible for configuring the Google Drive sync feature if you want to keep backups across multiple devices.

3. Bring Your Own Database (BYOD)

By connecting your Google Drive for cloud backups, you acknowledge that you are using your own storage allocation and credentials. You agree to comply with Google’s own terms of service when using their API endpoints in conjunction with our application.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Rakuppi applications are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Since the software runs client-side, its performance depends on your local browser environment, storage limits, and network connection.

5. Limitation of Liability

Rakuppi (including its developers) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our applications, including data loss, data corruption, or sync failures.
